At Frenchyluxe, your Frenchie’s comfort and happiness come first. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Item must be in resellable condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Grooming products

• Wrinkle wipes, balms, or creams

• Personalized or custom items

How to Start a Return

Email us at Alicia@frenchyluxe.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
